We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notice

 


For cancellations or returns due to change of mind, please note that payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) and original shipping costs are non-refundable. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.


Full refunds, including all fees and shipping costs, are provided only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

 

 

 

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 


Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

 

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 


We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item.

Once the return is approved, please place a new order separately.

 

 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

 

 

Refunds

 


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
